Does it work with Buy It Now and express checkout buttons?

Yes. Every plan supports the Buy It Now button and express checkout buttons such as Apple Pay and PayPal, plus all cart drawers and floating carts.

Where is the customer's consent saved?

On the Advanced and Pro plans, the date and time the customer ticked the box is logged in the order details in your Shopify admin.
